This property is a brand new construction, thoughtfully furnished to provide an exceptional Palm Desert experience. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are seamlessly connected, creating a perfect space for quality time with friends or family. Unwind on the spacious sectional, and indulge in your favorite sporting events or shows on the 65in. SmartTV. The well-stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, and the dining table, with its eight seats, is conveniently located for easy access to meals.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom features a king bed, 65in. Smart TV, dual nightstand, Peloton Bike(Guest must use their account) ceiling fan ensuite bath with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and soaking bath. The walk-in closet provides ample space during your stay. The Guest Bedroom #1 features a king bed, dual nightstands,ceiling fan, 55in. SmartTV with ample sunlight and shares Jack and Jill Bathroom. The guest bedroom #2 features a queen bed, and closet, and shares the Jack and Jill Bathroom. The guest bedroom #3 is located across the hall and it features a queen bed, 50in. Smart TV and a closet.

Central to various Golf courses, Live Entertainment, Casinos, Palm Springs Airport, Joshua Tree National Park 50 minutes, 13 minutes from Indian Wells Tennis Garden, 9 minutes to Giraffe feeding at the Living Desert.

We’re delighted to welcome your four-legged family members at select properties! To help ensure a comfortable experience for all of our guests, neighbors, and homeowners, please review the following guidelines:
There is an additional nonrefundable fee for pets.
One dog per reservation is permitted unless additional pets are approved in advance.
Dogs must be under 35 pounds and at least 12 months old, unless an exception is approved in writing by the property owner.
Due to insurance requirements, certain breeds and mixes may not be permitted, including Pit Bull/Pit Bull-type breeds, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Bullmastiffs, Boxers, and similar restricted breeds.
Any exception must be approved in writing before arrival. Please do not bring a pet that does not meet these guidelines without prior approval.
Guests are responsible for their pets throughout their stay and for any damage, excessive cleaning, odor removal, or other pet-related costs.
Pets should be well supervised and may not be left unattended when doing so could result in property damage, excessive barking, or disturbance to neighbors.
Pet requirements may vary by property based on homeowner preferences and insurance requirements.

Our month went by very quickly, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. We've been traveling to the desert since 2010, staying at a few different places each year. This home was by far the best. It was much too large for the two of us, but it was very comfortable. The master bed was great, the kitchen and living area had all the amenities we needed (just needs a few more cooking utensils, ie: spatulas, dish cloths), great appliances, outdoor space was amazing. Although we didn't use the pool, it was very calming and peaceful to look at every day. Our pup loved the grassed area and did a 'perimeter check' several times a day.

This house was perfect for our family of 7.
Our stay was an extended stay due to the fact that we were waiting for escrow to close on our new home and we booked this house and it was amazing. We had the best experience. The pool and yard were a perfect summer staycation for all the kids. They even allowed us to stay with our dog! The community was so peaceful and quiet, just what we were looking for. We had a few minor issues that the managment company took care of right away. They have a great response time and are super accomidating. Thank you for making our stay such a good one!

What a beautiful, bright home in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-located and efficient home. Located just off north Monterey and close to so many shopping options (Costco is three minutes away), it was a breeze to get atound. The pool is large and beautiful and well maintained as were the grounds. Gorgeous plantings and artificial turf made everything look so neat and clean. The area is subject to some wind and a few sandy days but the property manager was quick to respond in having the pool cleaned. Management was accessible and very quick to respond to a couple of small issues but we didn’t have need to ask for much as the home was well equipped and maintained. Kitchen and living area were a delight to work and enjoy family in - quite large and open. No view of the pool from the living area however but we always wanted to be outside anyway with the grandkids. All in all, another beautiful escape in Palm Desert. We will be back. Thank you to the management and owner for sharing their lovely home.

Great layout, good location. Kitchen was nicely appointed Had everything we needed for our two month stay. Clean and nicely presented. Loved the spa at the end of a long hiking day! Property manager was responsive when we needed a gate key.
