The apartment was completed in 2017 and is suitable for 3 people. It features a master bedroom with a box-spring bed, a built-in closet, and satellite TV. The second bedroom is equipped with a pull-out bed, a wardrobe, satellite TV, and a DVD player.
A spacious living and dining area with a sofa set, Blu-ray player, satellite TV, and stereo system ensures relaxing evenings. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped: a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee maker are provided.
The bathroom, which gets natural light, features a walk-in shower, a clothes dryer, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror. A sunny, furnished west-facing balcony invites you to linger. Wi-Fi, a high chair, a handcart, and an ironing set round out the amenities—perfect for a comfortable vacation for 3 people.

At Kavelweg 13, the beach and town center are conveniently close to each other. This makes the house particularly suitable for guests who would like to explore Zingst on foot or by bike during their vacation. Whether as a couple or with the family, the vacation apartments offer a variety of options for a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea. There are also suitable accommodations available for larger families of up to six people.
