The property was clean and easy to find with a short 5-10 min walk to the beach. Close to many food and shopping places along with activities for the whole family. We all enjoyed the stay and will gladly come and stay again.

We had a wonderful time in PCB. This was my first vrbo experience and it went amazingly good and smooth. The home was exactly as listed. The home had everything the beach condos have and more at a fraction of the price. I hope the next time I am in PCB I will be able to stay at this property again.

My sister in law and I stayed here as a much needed getaway before the holidays set in. I found this property pretty close to our time of needed arrival and it was so easy to book and the price was very reasonable. The unit was clean and met our needs very well. It was a great location, close to several public beach accesses but far enough away to be able to have some quiet, relaxing time. The owners were great with communication, even checking on us the morning after our first night to make sure we had a good night. We would definitely stay here again!

There isn’t a pool near or in this community. The beach is a short five minute walk. The house is not in good condition toilet made a lot of noise and water pressure complaints all valid, we didn’t get warm water till the second day because it was off prior to arrival. If it wasn’t spring break and everything was so expensive I would have stayed at a hotel. A good paint job, replacement of old fixtures and appliances and new furniture
