In a central and animated district, this comfortable and nicely decorated apartment will be ideal for your next stay in Paris.
This charming, refurbished 36 m2 flat is located on the third floor of a building with lift. It comprises
- a bright living room opening onto a garden,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a lovely bathroom with shower and separate toilet,
- an open-plan kitchen, recently refurbished and fully equipped (new coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge),
- hoover, washing machine with dryer, ironing facilities, hairdryer,
- Wifi and TV (remote control replaced).
Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
→ A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.
## Neighborhood
By staying in the 11th arrondissement, you will be at the heart of one of the most trendy and animated districts of the capital. Plenty of designers boutiques, restaurants, bars, animations… will be accessible by foot. You will also be able to stroll along Saint Martin canal, one of the favorite places from Parisian people to meet and chill, especially on the nice days, or to join bu foot the Marais, Montorgueuil district, Montmartre as well as Notre-Dame. You will just need a metro ride to join the historic center, Père Lachaise cemetery, the Place de la Bastille, and also Champs-Elysées, the Eiffel Tower and all the most famous monuments that have made Paris' fame and contribute to making it the most beautiful city of the world.
