Welcome to 5 Brown Pelican – an absolutely stunning, fully renovated oceanfront home in Sea Pines. With seven bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms – this home can sleep up to 16 guests total.

• Pool/Spa Info: The private pool is a freeform shaped pool that is approximately 40' long and 12.5' wide with a depth range of 3-6'. The spa can be heated year-round for $45/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. The pool can be heated seasonally between Labor Day and Memorial Day for $115/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. If pool heat is added, spa heat is included. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool and/or spa heat for your stay.

A family vacation coming from 4 different states. Kids ages from 8 to 19. Everyone had a fantastic time. All meals were prepared in the great kitchen and we were able to have all 13 of us sit together for dinner. A special time for everyone. Easy beach access and a lot of pool time. Some of us just spent a lot of time in comfy chairs on screened porch looking out at the beach. Very relaxing. The house is designed so that everyone could have their own private space. Every couple of years we rent a big house to accommodate the entire family. This was by far the best that we have found.

Hilton Head is one of our favorite places. This home tops the list. Very relaxing atmosphere. Very beautiful home with everything you need. The back yard is great and just a short walk gets you to the beach. We will be coming back soon.

by far the nicest place we have stayed on the island in the 26 years plus we have been vacationing here with our family. plenty of room and lots of extras provided that other rentals don't have. Rental company was great to work with.

Huge, beautiful, well equipped kitchen. Just about anything you would or could want. Three washers and dryers. Great view of water. We will consider coming back again, and I rarely say that.
