The master bedroom includes a king bed, gulf views, closet, flat screen TV, work space/desk, additional storage and connected bathroom. The master bath includes a double vanity sink and walk in-shower. You will also love the balcony access from the bedroom.
Enjoy the spacious living area & large balcony with outdoor seating and remarkable gulf views. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all stainless steel appliances. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa, an HDTV, and access to the balcony through sliding glass doors. There is a washer/dryer for your convenience and WIFI is complimentary.

No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. A copy of each guests insurance card must be provided also in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.
Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement that will emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home.

Our experience was really good and we will continue to use this VRBO. Our only issue was that it was a little sparsely appointed in the kitchen. There wasn’t enough kitchen towels and all though there were plenty bath size towels and wash cloths, there were only 2 hand towels. There were plenty dishes but not too many and they were very nice. We loved that the kitchen was not filled with a bunch of mix and match stuff and everyone’s leftovers. The golf cart was really nice to have. We enjoyed it very much. My husband just felt that it was a little bit of a rough ride. I definitely would recommend this unit to anyone. We had a wonderful time there.

Loved everything on the property but the golf cart was not in as good as shape as the photo.

First time in single bedroom at Westwinds so finding it was different (outside access) but the room and view were great. There was an issue with the cart which the owner took care of immediately. Cart is a must, and it performed great after repairs. Owner even offered compensation for the minor issue. Overall a great experience!Joe

Location is great. All the folks at Coastline were fantastic and helpful. Did have an issue with golf cart not working. Coastline did find a substitute cart for us. Property was fairly clean.
