Located in the very center of Viveiro within a unique, modern, newly constructed building, guests have access to amenities such as a spectacular swimming pool on the same floor.
Parking is available right in front of the building—a highly valued feature in Viveiro during the summer months.
The Space:
It offers all the comforts of an urban apartment, featuring two bedrooms—each with its own full bathroom—designed for a peaceful night's sleep. A lovely small terrace with sea views (facing the estuary) is accessible from both the dining area and the kitchen. It is perfect for a family with children or for travelers seeking privacy who appreciate a well-located town like historic Viveiro, offering the ideal setting for a high-quality stay.
Covas Beach is just a short walk away (5 minutes). In the opposite direction—along the seaside promenade right below the apartment—you can easily reach Viveiro’s historic center, home to restaurants, ancient walls, bars, shops, and monuments that reflect the rich cultural heritage of this historic town.
Taberna Cornelius and Asador La Quinta serve some of the area's best tapas. Other local culinary delights include the octopus at O Recuncho and the *churrasco* (grilled meat) at the San Roque viewpoint. The beach, harbor, and river walk are all within easy reach, making a car unnecessary while staying at the property. However, as surfing beaches and hiking trails dot the coastline, having a car is recommended for exploring the wider area.
