Welcome to "Sweetwater on the Range," your charming retreat deep in the Florida countryside.



Guest Access:

Full access to the home, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc.

Surrounded by picturesque landscapes and sprawling farmland, this neighborhood offers a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Residents can enjoy the beauty of nature right at their doorstep, with nearby access to scenic hiking trails and outdoor recreational activities. The charming downtown area of High Springs is just a short drive away, where you'll find quaint shops, cozy cafes, and local restaurants serving up delicious Southern fare. With its peaceful ambiance and close-knit community vibe, this is the perfect place to call home for those seeking a relaxed rural getaway in beautiful North Florida.

Getting Around:

We recommend having a car as our rural retreat is not serviced by public transportation.



Other Things to Note:

🔇 NO parties or loud music; $500 fee

🦮 NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals

🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee

🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest



🔔 Guest App & Verification: After booking, you’ll be required to complete our Guest App before check-in. This includes required verification steps such as the rental agreement, ID verification, and applicable refundable security deposit or non-refundable damage waiver. You’ll receive access to the app immediately after booking, where you’ll find your check-in/out details, early check-in/late check-out options, local guide, property information, and door codes once the required steps are completed. Completing the Guest App ensures your self-check-in is quick, easy, and seamless!

🏡This home is located in a country setting, where the natural surroundings can occasionally bring wildlife closer to the property. While we schedule regular professional pest control, sightings of small outdoor critters can still happen from time to time. We appreciate your understanding as part of the charm of staying in a rural environment.

🎥 We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed

🔊 We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us

🙋You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 4 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest

🪵Whilst we may have some available firewood in the barn, guests are usually responsible of bringing their own firewood. If you'll be needing that, we have a great contact in the area close to the home where you can pick it up at a reasonable price, just ask us and we'll send it over!

🧹 Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself

🗑️ Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful. Trash days are on Tuesdays, if your stay falls that day we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb

🔧 Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should

❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
