We had a wonderful stay at this condo in BGC. The check-in process was very easy and convenient. We arrived a couple of hours before the 3 PM check-in time, and the host, Eric, kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the unit while it was still being cleaned and prepared.
The condo itself was spotless and well-kept. Its location was perfect—just a short walk to the Venice Grand Canal Mall, where we could easily shop for groceries and find plenty of dining options. The building felt safe and secure, with guards on duty, and it’s situated in a peaceful area of BGC.
We also enjoyed having access to the pool and gym, which made our stay even more comfortable. Eric was an excellent host—very welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this condo if you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and relaxing place to stay in BGC!

Eric was a great host and quickly responded to my text. The unit was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the large refrigerator, stove, warm water and washing machine. The room was humid at night for me, and it is time to replace and upgrade the towels. Short term visits do not have free access to the pool and gym. There are two laundry mats near Venice Mall to pickup laundry. One is self-service (Eric has the information. Maybe add a dryer rack to balcony). Great business and family community for walking/jogging, shopping and restaurants and some are inside the building (built in 2022). You have to visit the nearby Manila American Veteran Cemetery, I will stay here again.
