The house is lovely and it was neat and clean. Very comfortable. The location is perfect. Even seniors will find the walk to downtown and The Factory easy. The kitchen could use some more basic everyday items, such as more coffee mugs and teaspoons. The back porch is a very nice area but would be more enjoyable if it was screened in and had a fan. Overall, this is a great house.

The place is gorgeous and clean and very close to town. The TV was a little difficult to navigate but other than that it was perfect.

We loved our stay at The Garden Gate Cottage A while we were visiting Franklin. The cottage is quite charming and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture...which is important! The back porch was very relaxing and peaceful ...were kept company by numerous birds and rabbits. The cottage is walking distance to downtown Franklin. Franklin is beautiful and we will be returning...and will definitely be booking the cottage again! Many thanks to Matt. He is a gracious host and was very helpful with answering questions.
