Beautiful recently renovated Victorian mansion set on a former nursery on 1.25 acres, walking distance (3 blocks) from Miamogue point a beautiful white sand beach. New outdoor deck with 20X 40 inground pool, diving board, outdoor and indoor hot tub off the deck. Luxury mattresses and comfortable bedding for a restful nights sleep. Fully fenced in with outdoor kitchen w/ outdoor fire pit, pizza oven, BBQ, Bar and hammock. Small pets to be considered.

I recently got married in Jamesport and rented the house for some guests from out of town. They had a great stay! The house is clean, spacious, and convenient! Sabatino was great to work with and made the process easy. If you are looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay on the North Fork with plenty of space— this is the house for you!

The house is as described with beautiful views out of all windows. The property is expansive and exceptionally well maintained. It’s a perfect location in Jamesport. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
I would easily stay there again.
