A modern, fully renovated villa with a terrace overlooking a lovely 9m x 4m pool, where you can relax on lounge chairs while admiring the 1,700 m² fenced-in landscaped garden with trees.
Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay:

- Dining room
- Living room
- 3 bedrooms
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub
- 1 separate toilet
- Air conditioning
- Mosquito screens
- TV / Wi-Fi

- Petanque court
- Swing and children’s playground
Located 15 minutes from Avignon (Festival in July), 10 minutes from Carpentras and Orange, and just 10 minutes from the highway, you’re ideally situated to enjoy a variety of activities that I’d be happy to recommend (regional markets, Provençal walks…), all while enjoying the tranquility of the countryside!
A true haven of peace, the villa is a 5-minute walk from the center of the village of Althen-des-Paluds and at the crossroads of many major cities such as Avignon—known for its famous festival—Orange, and Carpentras...
If you’re a “beach” person, you’ll be about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the nearest beaches (Cassis, La Grande Motte...)
If you’re more of a “mountain” person, you’re just 45 minutes from Mont Ventoux...
Wine lovers can explore our region’s finest wines by visiting Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vacqueyras, and Gigondas, all just a few kilometers away...
Open since 2015, the Wave Island water park—featuring the world’s largest artificial wave—and the Spirou amusement park are located in Monteux, just 10 minutes from the villa.
