Always our favorite!

All in all 9 out 10. Price and location were fantastic. Only negative is the water pressure was inconsistent throughout our stay, the grill was tricky to get all burners lit and overflow parking was tough. If you bring two vehicles but there isnt room for a 3rd and you have to park at visitor lot that has like 8-9 spots

This little cottage is perfect. It’s like it’s advertisement and an easy walk to the beach. Gated community brings reassurance and cleanliness. Kids can ride their bikes. Great area to fish. Property management was available. We will be back!
