Beautiful typical village house in Muro.
Capacity for 6 people.
It has two floors and offers 160 m2 of habitable surface with 3 bedrooms (2 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds). On the upper floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub, while on the ground floor is the third bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with fans.
On the ground floor is the large dining room with TV and fully equipped American kitchen.
In the outdoor areas, it has terrace furniture, swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue and chill out area.
In this house you can enjoy the authentic Mallorcan village life!
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.

Very nice house located in the nice area of Muro. House is perfect if you have a car and want to explore the island

The house was as in the description and it was clean. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary and the basics for cooking. The garden was well kept and cozy. The room were spacious and there was sufficient wardrobe space. The hosts was super responsive and prompt to act for help.The rooms have only ventilation fans.The town is very well located to explore the island and it is small yet charming.

Nice clean house, well equipped kitchen, big quiet backyard. No garbage pick up! Totally worth the money.
