This Gulf-front home is the ultimate luxury at the beach! Decorated in shades of gray that complement the incredible views, this corner unit has a clean, modern design that’s both comfortable and visually stunning. Gather in the living room, where panoramic Gulf views through two walls of windows are paired with an enormous sectional facing a huge flatscreen TV. It’s the ideal spot to relax and watch a favorite movie, curl up with a book, or host a family game night.
The fully-equipped kitchen is light, bright, and open with a beautiful design featuring top-of-the-line appliances, high-end finishes, marble countertops, a sparkling tile backsplash, and tons of cabinetry. Pull up a stool to the enormous breakfast bar, or gather at the Gulf-front dining table with seating for eight. There is also an accompanying wet bar with an ice maker, wine fridge, and stylish glass upper cabinets.
Reminiscent of a boutique hotel, the four bedrooms and three bathrooms are beautifully designed with sophisticated decor, luxurious bedding, flatscreen TVs, and high-end finishes. Three of the bedrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing incredible Gulf views, and the primary suite boasts direct balcony access. A full-size washer and dryer make it easy to stay a while.

Loves staying here. The view was amazing. We’ve spent so much money finding the perfect place to stay in OB over the years and this was definitely it. Much nicer than Turquoise Place as well.

The stay was great, but the unit itself was sadly lacking - rugs throughout were so bad in the living room and dining room that they had to be professionally cleaned along with the furniture during our stay. The ones that weren't cleaned, we rolled off into a corner as we wouldn't walk on them with bare feet. The pans for cooking were so chipped that they couldn't be used and we had to wait three days for new ones to arrive. But the view and the location was wonderful. It is my understanding that the unit has been sold, so if the new owners decide to rent it out, maybe they will do a better job.
