This charming 120 m² flat in La Ville-aux-Clercs can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 80 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 600 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- 600 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The flat is ideally located in La Ville-aux-Clercs, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Vendôme SNCF station about 17 minutes' drive away, Villiers sur Loir TGV station about 20 minutes' drive away.
- Nearest airport: Tours airport, about 1 hour's drive away
