There were a couple issues due to the previous renters but the host was extremely responsive.

Great location and very convenient for going to either Gatlinburg or Pigeonforge. Place was very clean and had everything you needed for the stay. Host was very responsive and it was an easy check in. I would recommend and possibly go there again jext time.

As a family of 5 with 2 teenagers we truly enjoyed this cabin. The location is perfect. Close proximity to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, right in the middle. Trolley is available at the bottom of the mountain/front of the neighborhood for easy transportation options during peak seasons. We did see 3 black bears in the neighborhood during our stay. We enjoyed the set-up of the cabin, the big kids had their own floor, we had ours and the bottom floor, what we called the "party pad" is where we spent almost every evening before bed, whether playing pool, shuffleboard, arcade games or hanging out in the hot tub. The place was clean and had just about everything we needed and more. Communication was phenomenal. We would definitely rebook!
