The house is located in a rural setting in the hamlet of Goth. It has a garden surrounded by plants and trees. There are a few other houses in the hamlet, so it’s not completely isolated. The house features a large stone staircase leading to the front door and a covered patio, where you enter a cozy kitchen-living room with a massive fireplace, a sitting area, a kitchen, and a dining table. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub.

THE HOUSE
The house sits on approximately 4,000 m² of land. The property features a driveway capable of accommodating several cars. From here, a gravel path leads to the house, with a large stone staircase leading up to the front door. At the top of the stairs is a covered patio, where you can enjoy a meal together or play a game. The front door of the house is also located on this patio. You enter into a cozy kitchen-diner, featuring a large old fireplace (which can be used if desired) and a sitting area. The kitchen and a large dining table are also located here. The kitchen is fully equipped and features an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, 3-burner gas stove with range hood, and all necessary kitchen utensils. There is also an old stone sink here, a historic feature of the house that has been preserved.

From the kitchen, a small hallway leads to an original old wooden door—yet another historic feature preserved in the house—which opens into a bedroom (Bedroom 4 in the photos) with a double bed. This spacious room features an old mantelpiece, which was once used as a fireplace (no longer in use). From this bedroom, a staircase leading downstairs takes you to a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Back in the small hallway off the kitchen, a wooden staircase leads upstairs to what used to be the attic. All the old wooden beams are still visible, and here, too, an old wooden door leading to Bedroom 1 has been preserved. Bedroom 1 is a spacious room with one double bed and one single bed.

A hallway leads to Bedroom 2 (with a double bed) and Bedroom 3 (with a double bed). The bathroom features a shower with a large bathtub, a toilet, and a sink.

Towels, bath towels, and bedding are all provided.
Wi-Fi is also available throughout the property.

THE GARDEN
In the spacious garden, filled with trees and plants, you’ll truly have a spot all to yourself. Here you’ll find the pool with a terrace featuring lounge chairs and chairs where you can relax during your well-deserved vacation.

A 50-meter walk from the house is a shed where we stay during the summer. So we might run into each other on the property. And we’re always on hand if anything comes up.
