Great communication with the host. Beautiful set up. Was as great in person as the pics.

We loved our stay! Great location, very clean and such a comfortable room with a yummy coffee shop just steps away! Only recommendation is to ask if there is anything going on at the adjacent fraternity house. They had an all day party on the Saturday we were there and it was pretty loud. But we were busy enjoying the town that it didn't disrupt our time too much. We would definitely stay here again when visiting our kids at UGA!

Second stay! Perfect location to walk to downtown. Friendly and responsive host. Terrific coffee shop next door, Foxtail.
