Why You’ll Love It Here:
Historic Character
On your visit, leaf through the John Quigley House guide book back to the original deeds of founding Pennsylvania settlers. Spy the property on the earliest New Hope maps and atlases.
Original pumpkin pine floors, views of the historic New Hope Railroad, and patios flanked by hand stacked stone walls make the John Quigley House a unique example of early New Hope life. Once owned by Benjamin and Daniel Parry—the founders of New Hope—the property housed some of New Hope's earliest craftsmen.

Luxury bath and kitchen fixtures are found throughout the home from Restoration Hardware, House of Rohl, and WaterWorks. The Kitchen features a Bertazzoni stove and microwave. Prime Location
Explore the best of New Hope right at your doorstep. The lively art scene, unique shops, and energetic nightlife make New Hope the ideal destination for a memorable escape. The John Quigley House is just 0.2 miles from the heart of town, but the shale bank up the street maintains a remote and country peacefulness.
Perfect for Entertaining
Four blocks removed from downtown, the sounds of New Hope's bustle fade away. Gather around the cozy gas stove fireplace in the living room, enjoy a quiet morning coffee in the sun room, or sip on sundowners on one of the two patios.
Other things to note
While the wifi is state of the art, the historic staircases may not be suitable for children and those with mobility concerns.

Everything was great!

John Quigley House was the perfect setting for an annual get together for me and my best friends from college. We were able to walk to everything in New Hope and Lambertville and enjoyed making meals and spending time together in this beautiful home. It's a little tricky getting accustomed to the circular staircases - a minor complication. We enjoyed having wine and cheese on the patio on a beautiful afternoon. It's a great space.
