Escape to the beauty of the Sunny Spot on Lincoln to spend the weekend or a lengthy stay on the shores of Lake Michigan .Our home is the perfect getaway to enjoy everything from fishing, water sports to dining an nightlife and even snowmobiling and skiing in the winter. Or maybe its for no reason at all except to simply relax on the beach and relish the breathtaking views. Our home is located on a large 75% secluded spot on the huge back yard with big fire pit close to Lake Michigan Beach. There is a gas grill , an outdoor shower, beautiful large roofed porch to enjoy your morning coffee , a gas grill , table and chairs , perfect for entertaining and dining. The kitchen is supplied with all the essentials ..pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware ,blender, coffee maker ,microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher. Living room has TV and DVD player ,along with sleeper sofa. There is free WiFi available for your visit and parking available for 4 or more cars .

This was our second annual “Girls Trip” at Joanna’s property and it was just as fabulous as the first. The fact that it has four bedrooms, a HUGE kitchen, and a perfectly-sized dining room table for crafts and meals (the beach weather did not cooperate this year!) makes it a perfect spot for us. Coffee every morning and afternoon on the gorgeous deck is our favorite part of the trip!

This place is awesome lots of room everything you need for a comfortable stay! Our favorite place to hang out was the covered deck. We literally spent most of our time outside! Outdoor shower was awesome! I would definitely recommend staying here!

This place is a hidden gem! Loved the few days we spend there! That outside porch is where we spent all our time!! And beach access is 1.3 miles down the road….would definitely go back and recommend to others!! Thanks for a great few days with the girls!
