The house is PERFECT! Amazing views, great location, many local spots for food and drink walking distance. Outside area was top notch! Loved the property and Richard could not have been any better- great communication and local recommendations. Loved it!

INCREDIBLE beach house. The pictures do not do it justice, this place is absolutely gorgeous and so clean. Beach view was breathtaking, pool was so warm and lovely. Host, Richard, is incredibly kind and communicative and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend

Bath shower downstairs as well as kitchen sink had no hot water. We Were told kitchen sink was made that way. Loft Bunk beds upstairs mattress were not comfortable at all. Owner was quick to respond, the service man arrived soon and turned up hot water which did make a difference in the other 2 rooms. We could have used more pillows and towels and the frig did not stay cold. Ice maker was not working we had to purchase ice. Shower heads were clogged spraying water many directions. Location, pool, deck, appearance of house, parking, gate, sound system and tv’s were great.
