It is an updated apartment that is located in a central and quiet neighborhood of Fuengirola. You can go on foot to the main places of interest: beaches, Bioparc, water park, shopping areas and restaurants or leisure areas.
The establishment is composed of an independent kitchen, 1 bathroom with bathtub, a large living room with sofa bed and 2 bedrooms (one double room with a large bed of 150x200 and another room with 2 beds of 90x190). The apartment also has a large terrace where you can eat or just relax after a long day, as well as a useful interior patio.
Ideal place to enjoy the good weather, the beach or the mountain, and an exquisite gastronomy, Fuengirola is strategically located in the heart of the Costa del Sol. A few kilometers away you will find charming towns such as Mijas, Marbella or Ronda, without forgetting the modern and elegant city of Malaga. Other monumental capitals such as Granada, Cordoba or Seville are between 1.5 and 2 hours approximately.

Very good value for money.

Nice and newly decorated interior.
Good location in the middle of the town and close to the beach.
A quieter and safe neighborhood.
There is a large well keeped marble entrance hall and the lift takes you direkt to parking space.
