This small upstairs apartment feels a little off the beaten path(what we wanted) but is just minutes from Waterville. The manager was very responsive.

Sugggetions: get some coat hangers for the closet. Get some night lights for left and right of bed for if people want to read a book at night and don’t want to wake up partner. Most importantly, sand the out door railing! Somebody is going to ceriously complain about it worse. Both my wife and I had gotten big splinters several times, going up and down the stairs. And about the stairs and landing that should be swept and cleaned.
