Reviewer Comments:
I wasn't sure if there would be anyone in the "office" when we walked in as we were given a passcode to get in to the building and most of the reservation and booking process was done through email. I was pleasantly surprise that we were greeted by a very friendly woman. It was nice to actually have some customer service. We found the room to be clean, appointed nicely, and well-maintained. We have been to Charlevoix countless times and this trip was as good as any of the other ones. It is a beautiful town with good shops and restaurants. This property is located for easy walking access to everything. The location was also excellent for just sitting on the deck and watching boats go by. We will stay here again.Thank you.

Over the years have stayed here many times... like location ! However on this visit was disappointed with the unit we stayed in.... found carpet and furniture with stains in need of cleaning ... also furniture was very uncomfortable.. it had 3 very small chairs a (stained)couch which is in need of being replaced... found several areas in bathroom that are much in need of maintenance.
