The living room has a futon bed, 2 armchairs and 55-in flat screen TV. There is a laundry room with 2 washers and dryer between the living room and kitchen and the opposite from the laundry room is the half bath. The well-appointed chef's kitchen is equipped with all the appliances as Keurig coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, microwave and the dining area with a rustic table. The patio with the grill, dining and lounging hot tub area can be accessed from the kitchen. The deck is facing the fenced yard for kids or pets to play meanwhile parents can have the perfect sitting on the deck enjoying a glass of wine or a favorite book.
