Newly-renovated three bedroom historic home in the popular, laid-back Cannonborough neighborhood close to great restaurants & historical sights.This classic Charleston home is made up of two units A&B, this is the listing for Unit B (upstairs unit). The entire unit is yours, so there are no shared spaces except for the driveway area.

Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood after 11pm daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please take the party inside and be considerate of the neighbors.

This place is amazing. Easy location to go in any direction you want. Off street parking was a bonus. So clean and modern. Gordon is awesome, haven't above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. I would definitely rent this space again.

Stayed 5 days, pictures show it as is. great amenities to cook, and gather in the home, we had 3 relatives and had our own space, very nice, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, only item lacking is all pillows were a little too big, some of us like the smaller/thin pillows. the property manager was very quick to react to our 1 question. I would definitely stay here again. It is just a little walk down King street, so a couple of times we took uber.
