Per the City of Carlsbad, construction is permitted Monday through Friday 7AM to 6PM, Saturday 8AM to 6PM, and no construction can occur on Sundays or federal holidays. Guests may hear construction activity next door during their stays. It is unknown at this time when construction will be complete. *****

This adorable, two-story home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, two adjacent dining areas with seating for up to 14 guests, and multiple indoor living spaces adorned with classic touches.
On the lower level, find yourself enwrapped in gorgeous redwood from floor to ceiling—perfect for after-dinner socializing or movie watching. On the upper level (accessible via a spiral staircase), a second living area offers ocean views, additional comfortable seating, a wet bar, and access to a furnished balcony. Back on the ground floor, you'll find a lush patio area with outdoor seating, gas BBQ grill, and a fire pit.

Wonderful for us and for our two dogs who loved the enclosed backyard with lots of "jungle-like" trees, shrubs, and other such plants. The house was very comfortable and on a quiet street very close to the beach. I could hear the surf at night. Carlsbad beaches are long and lovely. Staff and owners are super nice and easy to work with. Loved the whole experience!

Beautiful area. Property was so spacious, cozy, comfortable and accommodating for six of us. So many options for eating together and enjoying the sunset for happy hour, playing games and relaxing on the deck. Would love to return.

The ocean view from the upstairs was exactly as advertised. With the doors open, the breeze through the room was amazing, and the large windows made it a great place to gather.Other than the original entry code not working initially, we had a great stay.
