A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Hosting 70 guests at The Mark Twain & Fitzgerald Estate costs less than booking 35 oceanfront hotel rooms — with one address, one check-in, and zero shuttles. Your entire group sleeps on-site in 32 bedrooms across two private oceanfront estates on 6 acres of Corolla's exclusive 4x4 beach.
This is not a vacation rental positioned as an event space. This is a professionally managed oceanfront compound purpose-built for weddings, corporate retreats, graduation celebrations, and milestone events — with a dedicated LuxStayUSA event coordinator included at no additional charge.
THE ESTATE: 32 bedrooms (18 Mark Twain + 14 Fitzgerald) across multiple levels, sleeping up to 70 guests overnight. Two professional-grade catering kitchens open to outside caterers. Two oceanfront grand rooms with combined seated dining for 70+. Private heated pool and year-round hot tub. Private home theater with stadium-style seating. Game room with pool table. In-home elevator. Direct private beach access via boardwalk. 6 private oceanfront acres. Wild Corolla horses roaming the adjacent beach.
EVENT INFRASTRUCTURE: Dedicated LuxStayUSA event coordinator included with every booking. Curated vendor network — vetted local photographers, caterers, florists, DJs, and officiants. Oceanfront ceremony decks on multiple levels. No immediate neighbors and no quiet-hour restrictions. 4x4/AWD vehicle access required — vendor coordination provided.
WEDDINGS: Exchange vows on the private beach with the Atlantic as your backdrop. Wedding week stays (Thursday through Monday) accommodate rehearsal dinners, the ceremony, and farewell brunches. Trusted by couples and event planners across the East Coast. 100+ weddings and group events hosted.
CORPORATE RETREATS: 32 bedrooms for your entire team. Home theater for presentations. High-speed Wi-Fi for video conferencing. Multiple breakout spaces. Beach, pool, and game room for team-building. LuxStayUSA handles all logistics.
FAMILY REUNIONS AND MILESTONES: Two separate estates allow room assignments by family branch. Communal kitchens for family-style meals. Private beach for group photos. Game room and theater for all ages.
LOGISTICS: 4x4/AWD required. Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM. Minimum 2-night stay. Event bookings 3-5 nights standard. Security deposit required. 25+ age requirement for primary renter.
100+ group events hosted. Trusted by couples and event planners across the East Coast. Dedicated event coordinator included. Please message us through the platform to begin planning.
