The condo is very nice and very clean. We really enjoyed both the screened in porch and the open front porch. There are a perfect amount of dishes and towels. Mr. Greg contacted us a couple of times to make sure our stay was going good. We will rent again from him!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, comfortable and safe. We enjoyed the balcony every morning! The amenities were enjoyed by our whole family (golf, tennis, swimming). The host was easy to communicate with and even checked in with us halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything. We will return here in the future! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We have stayed in this community many times but our first time at this condo. The place was exactly as it is described. It was clean with all the amenities you would need already there in the condo. The beds were comfortable and clean, they had perfect internet and great TV, had plenty of towels and wash cloths and the air conditioner kept the place comfortable. Only issue we had was some sugar ants in the kitchen, which are very common in Florida. Didn't bother us at all but I let the owner know about them. He had someone over very quickly and they were gone by the next morning. The owner Greg was great to deal with and even reached out to see if there was anything he could do or help with to make our stay better. The golf course and the new pool were great as always. We will try to stay here again next time we come down.
