We have stayed in the same place before and it was just as wonderful. The check in was seamless and the property manager was great!! We will definitely stay here again!

Property is exactly as described, very affordable unit with easy access to downtown Frankfort. Host even surprised us with fresh donuts left on our door Saturday morning! We have stayed here three years in a row, property is constantly updated. Highly recommend.

Run down exterior, everything worked. No AC in bedroom with bedroom door shut. Ceiling fans were dirty and very loud. Room is very bright due to poor mini blinds and no shades. Floor was dirty and bathroom had pubic hairs all over the floor. We were told there would be an oscillating fan in the room, what they brought was disgusting. Ironing board was dirty and iron was full of rusty water.
