Everything met our expectations. Only suggestion is that the back door handrails be stabilized. Toni’s communication was outstanding, kitchen was excellent. It was a perfect setting for our trip. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and loved the close proximity to the historic sites. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The location is convenient because it's walking distance to downtown BUT it's on a very high traffic road. Lots of traffic, often very fast and very loud literally right out the front door. The driveway/parking situation was not ideal and every time you needed to leave the house it was a production. It's just a really old house that's been semi-updated so lots of sloping floors, smells musty and humid in the house, uncomfortable beds, weird electrical stuff and all furniture in serious need of an update. We were left a 1/2 roll of paper towels in the kitchen and one roll of toilet paper so I had to make a shopping trip for those. Pros: You can walk to downtown or get to major intersections quickly as well as things like Walmart, etc (all about 8 min away). The kitchen is cosmetically done nicely as well as some updates in the bathroom but it's all just purely for looks. Kitchen is pretty well stocked with dishes/pots/pans/etc but no Keurig so be prepared to use one of the other 3 coffee makers they had on hand. Fantastic to have a washer and dryer on property and they were fairly new so they worked well. Overall, for the 3 days we were there it did the job but I honestly wouldn't stay there again.
