Great rental ! House is very spacious and comfortable. Very clean and well stocked with linens. Fence is great for fur babies. Pictures are accurate. Would definitely book again with Cobb. It is a very easy booking process.

Overall, the property was fairly clean, I don’t like having to pay cleaning fees and then having to do all the laundry prior to leaving. You can’t leave wet towels which means you can’t take a shower prior to leaving without washing them and drying them. We had a bad storm come through and the roof leaked during the wind driven rain. I’ll report it to the realtors that oversees the property. I suppose it was a pretty good property. I probably wouldn’t stay there again at those prices and have to pay cleaning fees and then having to clean the place prior to leaving.
