Beautiful home perfectly situated between Denver & Golden! The home is only 15 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Designed to accommodate large groups comfortably with plenty of space to spread out & have privacy with 2 kitchens, 2 living areas & plenty of luxurious beds! The bright & spacious main level with high ceilings complete with a mural from a local artist is the perfect place for you to gather & unwind from your CO adventures. Being less than a mile from trendy Olde Town Arvada, you can be at breweries, restaurants & shops within minutes!
The Space:
This is a contemporary and spacious single family house in a residential neighborhood that you will have to yourself and can feel like home as you explore Colorado. The property is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every guest to ensure your safety and comfort.
The upstairs living area is complete with a spacious living room, full kitchen, dining area with a large table, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Head downstairs to find another full living area & kitchen as well as another bedroom and bathroom! No detail was overlooked in making this the perfect space for your vacation and one that you will want to come back to again and again!
Groups and families will love the option to have their own separate space after you are done exploring and adventuring through Colorado all together! Since Coloradans love their outdoor time, there is also a large, private fenced yard for you to relax in with our brand new hot tub!
With Denver and Golden both being just 15 minutes away, you will easily be able to see so much of what Colorado has to offer during your stay. Olde Town Arvada (5 min away) is a local favorite of many “Denverites” that is little known to most tourists! Hop on the light rail to get downtown from here or to make your way back to the airport! The home is within minutes of the main highway (I70) to take you out to the mountains getting you to all the Colorado hiking and skiing in no time!

Guests have access to the entire property.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Parks and playgrounds within walking distance. Olde Town Arvada within short drive or 20 minute walk. Olde Town has a light rail station which allows a quick ride to downtown Denver.
Getting Around:
We have a small driveway and street parking available. Please limit street parking to two vehicles.
Other Things to Note:
We are dog friendly! Our backyard is completely fenced in. Our pet fee is per animal. A few important items to note:
Please bring your pet's favorite toys and treats.
We allow small small to medium sized dogs (under 50 lbs). The charge is $35/night per pet.
You are required to clean up after your pet. We provide dog poop bags. Pet waste left behind in the yard could incur extra charges if we have to clean it up for you after you checkout.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available to support our guests throughout their stay. Guests can reach us using the messaging system.

Very clean, welcoming, & pets are welcome. The neighbors were very nice too. One of the best hot tubs we’ve been in. Easy to find and close to everything we were needing. Quiet neighborhood.

The house was great, clean and cute. It's a good option for 2 families if everyone wants their space as there are 2 living rooms and kitchens. There are a lot of stairs though-stairs down to one living area and stairs to the bedrooms in the other section. We enjoyed the hot tub too. The property is in a good (quiet) location if you're going to a concert at Red Rocks or visiting Golden or even taking a day trip to somewhere farther like Fort Collins. The grocery store is about 5 minutes away. We made dinner and breakfast several times and the kitchen was stocked pretty well with everything we needed to cook. I have mixed feelings on the communication. My questions were answered fine before arrival. But then I was asked to submit pictures after we arrived for any issues seen or risk being blamed if something was found after the fact. I found that a little stressful because I wasn't sure what would be considered "wear and tear" and what was more serious. After responding to the request, I received no acknowledgement. There are also no check out instructions at the property. Most places I've stayed have them written somewhere. The host did message them the day before checkout and they were simple and reasonable. I just prefer knowing sooner what's expected. Overall, the house was an excellent choice for our needs and I would recommend it for someone looking for a good homebase for exploring the areas around Denver.
