Relax and recharge in this oasis of tranquility and elegance. Villa Filomena, with its terraces, is nestled in a park filled with olive trees, cedars, cypresses, and oleanders. Following a careful restoration, the house retains the spirit of its original owner, my great-grandmother Filomena, who loved it dearly. Far from the noise, yet close to the town and the beaches: you can catch glimpses of the lake’s reflections in the light or at sunset, watch the moon rise over the Rocca di Garda, or enjoy the fireworks displays during the town’s festivals.
A large, bright, fully self-contained apartment on the first floor of a villa where the owners live on the first floor. The spacious terraces overlook a park with trees that are nearly a century old. The spacious rooms have been recently modernized and equipped with all amenities, while preserving the original character of the house, which was built in the 1960s. The apartment features a large kitchen with an adjacent spacious terrace, a spacious living room, three comfortable bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds plus a possible extra bed), two large bathrooms with showers and bidets, and one half-bath. The house has been furnished with a selection of antique and vintage pieces that have always been part of it. The house is equipped with all the latest technology for heating and cooling, powered by solar panels, and contains no gas appliances.
