This space was exactly what my group and I needed! Very clean and comfortable, and conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to explore.

The worst VRBO I have stayed at. Worn out home with all kinds of issues. No privacy at all. Neighbors surround the outdoor hot tub area. House had cigarettes and bottle caps everywhere. Terrible beds and furniture. Broken bathtub, countertops, doors and blinds. Dirty hot tub I cleaned to be able to use. The owner is the worst. He charged me an additional 400 for an old cracked TV in a room we never used! Crooked owner and terrible house. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

A hidden cleaning fee was charged just before the trip, leaving me with the choice to pay under durress or risk cancellation. A dog had been included in the original reservation. The property was not as described. Photos are outdated and do not reflect the current condition. The house was found to be in considerable disrepair and shows a lack of maintenance. There was trash left in both the front and backyard, including cigarette butts and dog feces from previous visitors.Inside, the bathtub has visible cracks, furniture is badly stained and torn, flooring is damaged, dishwasher is non functional (runs but does not clean), kitchen counter trim had de-laminated and the living room shades nearly falling off. Overall, the condition of the home came up woefully short of the advertised condition.I would not recommend this property unless significant maintenance and cleaning issues are addressed and a clear understanding in advance as to what if any additional fees are to be expected.

Unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy our time in this VRBO because the furnace was not working. When we arrived the heat was not turned on and we were unable to get it working by adjusting the thermostat. I did contact the host who responded but did not do anything to address the issue while we were there. Even after my sending the host multiple photos of the temperatures in the house (57 and 51 degrees) they said it was our fault and did nothing to make it right. The house was very uncomfortable at these temperatures especially as we had kiddos with us. I would not recommend this house, especially not in the winter. I think we were lucky it was warm during the day or it could have been much colder. I also felt really put off by the host's responses and lack of interest/action in trying to first correct the problem while we were there and second make it right afterwards. Proceed with caution.

We enjoyed the house. Quiet neighborhood close to a park. Great for our kids. Responsive host. Enjoyed the hot tub and that you could see the tops of the mountain from the deck. Hiking in Garden of the Gods was our favorite and this house was in great proximity to that location.
