We encourage our guests to have a wonderful time while keeping normal noise levels and respecting neighbors and other renters traveling with their families. Downtown noise and nightlife becomes more noticeable in Spring and Summer - as this is a popular college/tourist town!

The hosts are great communicators and ready to customize for your family needs, including small children. Easy walk to very cool Pacific Ave! Walkable to Beach & Boardwalk, or also easy to load up the car, if you prefer, due to ample parking. Great full kitchen. We'll be back!!

While my daughter and I stayed here for just a short time, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is easily accessed and very comfortable. It is also situated within easy walking distance of both the center of town and the Boardwalk. I highly recommend it!

Place was clean and had everything we needed for a quick walk to food, the boardwalk and entertainment. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Thanks!

The house had a lot of toys that my 3 year old daughter could play with and I thought that was a really great addition that a lot of other short term rentals don’t have. Only problem I have would be the parking. You have to find parking on the street and it gets pretty full
