Microwave & small convection oven; 2-burner induction cooktop; mini-fridge w/small freezer compartment. Heater/AC & ceiling fan. Expansive window area. 2 beach chairs + umbrella. Water & forest views. Deck, outdoor table & chairs. Grills; mini-herb gardens; firepit. little free library. Borders conservation property w/new 3-trail 1.5 mile system. Designated outdoor smoking areas. NO pets, no ESAs. Off-street parking. On SHUTTLE LINE to Provincetown and Outer Cape beaches, shopping, amenities. Convenience shopping & beach club w/pool, tennis, restaurant, etc. (not incl. in rental fees) in walking distance. Close to P'town and National Seashore beaches, trails. We request that you provide your own bed (sheets & pillowcases) + bath linens, if possible. If you wish us to provide them, there is an additional $50 linen/laundry fee.

Great location close to the bayside beach with a convenient bus stop right outside. Clean, quiet space.

Some things could use updating and some things could have been cleaner (both minor). But overall I enjoyed the stay. The location was great. And communicating with Kathryn was wonderful, so warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay again!

Quiet setting, great access to the bay and shuttle to Provincetown, lots of thoughtful amenities. Outdoor seating area had a great cross breeze. Host was nothing short of thorough/polite in communication.
