Walk to Drake Park and some of our local favorite restaurants such Spork, Chow, and Backporch Coffee. Newport Market our local grocery store is right around the corner. Head over to Sunnyside Sports to rent skis, snowboards, bikes or any outdoor gear you may need to experience Bend like a local!
This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home is equipped with everything needed for a long term stay. Large open floor plan with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, Bertazzoni stainless steel appliances and sit down dining for 6. Cozy up to the fireplace and watch a movie in this light and bright living space. Three bedrooms are located upstairs.The master bedroom has a king size bed with his and her closets, office space, and an HDTV. Second and third bedrooms with queen beds have access to the upstairs balcony for those glorious mornings.

We had a wonderful stay at Cascade Modern. The house is in a really great neighbourhood - right opposite an excellent supermarket and within walking distance of many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is a short walk across the river to Downtown Bend and Old Bend. River West, where the property is located is a family-friendly, laid back neighbourhood with friendly dear that roam the streets in the evening. The property itself is a very good size - the downstairs is open plan with a well-equipped kitchen, including useful gadgets such as a slow cooker and an air fryer. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom and two good sized additional bedrooms. We would highly recommend.
