The space
This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home sleeps 12. Enjoy staying in a modern, spacious country home 15 minutes from Perry Lake and 20 minutes from Lawrence and the University of Kansas.

- Sleeping space for 12, with 5 Queen beds and 2 Single beds
- 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath (please note - this house does not have a bathtub - showers only)

- All the utensil essentials, and much more

- Expansive deck for taking in the views

Please note - the staircase is open, and not safe for young children (2 and under). If staying in the property with young children, supervision is required at all times around the stairs.

Very cute. I didn’t realize it was off a dirt road and super rural but the inside was very cute and modern. Beds were good. Overall really liked it just didn’t realize it was so rural and off a long 3.5 miles of dirt road.

It was clean and Annie the host was very friendly and helpful. I felt with the open stairways it would've been nice to have a couple of baby gates. I think a firepit outside would've been nice and a few more lawn chairs would've been nice. I do however that they should have people use Google maps to give them directions. My GPS took me to 35th st. That road was washed out and very narrow. Google maps had us turn onto 46th St. which was a much better road. I did kind of think the location was very isolated and off the beaten path.

Strong straw smell. Didn’t see in details of house that interior walls were made of straw. Also had some difficulty with air conditioning in master room. Had to shut off other vents to get some air to come in that room. Was very prompt to get back to us with problem and even sent someone out the next day.
