1. Check-In/Check-Out
⏰ Stick to Check-in/Out Times – Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding!
2.Luggage Drop-Off:
Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.
3. No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.
4. Pet Policy 🐾
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.
5. Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.
6. No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
7. Security & Valuables 🔒
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!
9. Climate Control 🌡️
Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.
10. Cleanliness 🧹
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.
11. Respect for Property 🏡
Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.
12. Emergency Procedures 🚨
Know the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Safety first!

14. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety 🚨
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.
If an alarm is triggered accidentally or appears faulty, please contact us right away so we can assist.

This apartment is centrally located, we were close to restaurants and shops. Grocery store and pharmacy was about 10-15 minutes. Thank goodness I’m in pretty good shape because there is no elevator. The staircase is a bit gnarly. Apartment was quiet and the beds comfortable. Our host, Sam was very communicative. He proactively contacted me to see how we were doing and if we needed anything.I found that very thoughtful.We really enjoyed ourselves.

Parking was not as convenient as we would have liked. A small section of the street was available but tricky to get a spot at times. We did manage to get a spot each time, but we had to circle a few times. Apartment has three flights of stairs in order to access it, two of which were circular. If we had known that, we might have chosen a different location as we had our father in law with us. Apartment is in an older building but very well taken care of and very clean. A more comfortable couch might have been nice. The owner is very responsive and kind. Easy to connect with and response time is extraordinary. We really appreciated that. Great location and a great trip! Thanks for your hospitality, Sam!!!!
