Nice place, beautiful beach and view. No complaints.

Great view & nice to have patio access from the master bedroom. Communication easy with condo owner & problems (light bulbs out) addressed quickly. Enjoyed staying in a small (32 unit) condo development, but wish there was a restroom in the pool area or lobby. Other than that, we enjoyed it all, and hope to stay again at Kima!

Condo was exactly as listed. Charles was very quick to respond to any questions. Great beach/ocean view. We enjoyed our vacation at this unit!

The condo was clean, comfortable and very accommodating. There were a couple minor issues that occurred within our first couple of days including the dryer, the Telvision, and the spare bathroom lock sticking, causing us to be locked out. I will say The maintenance man on site was awesome, he was able to fix each problem very quickly and was very friendly. The only issue we had, was that each time we called property management for each of the basic issues mentioned above, The manager immediately began acting as if we had done something wrong and didnt really want to listen. He would try to tell us how to fix it, and would not listen very well when we tried to tell him that we already tried his suggestion before we callled him and it didnt work. He kept insisting that the bathroom lock had a hole you could stick a screw driver into to unlock it. When i explained this was a different door handle, he didnt want to believe me until i sent him a picture, then he called back to try to tell me how to fix it with a butter knife to pop off the handle, which was wrong again! Luckily the maintenance man stopped by and had the propper tools to fix it the correct way. The property manager also had alot of opinions, at one time he told me that "your parents dont have any business traveling in their mental state"; when the bathroom lock got stuck, he said, why would you even need to lock the bathroom door?" Overall: Nice condo and staff, but prop manager was unhelpful and rude
