Included in your rental is access to any of the 4 pools, hot tubs, boardwalks with showers leading to the beach, wading pools and restrooms at the foot of each building. You have access to order food and drinks from the outdoor Tiki bar and grill, use the playground now open from dawn to dusk, basketball courts, walking trails and tram services. Additionally, you are welcome at the clubhouse salon for spa services and the fine dining restaurant and bar. You can take the free tram to the entrance of the resort to enjoy the restaurants and The Mercantile convenience store which has beach apparel, coffee and ice cream. Seasonally there are activities for the kids, bike rentals, live entertainment, volleyball, arcade and food trucks at The Village Lawn! Additional amenities: The owner is a MEMBER of the Clubhouse which allows you to enjoy the Clubhouse private amenities for a daily fee which covers your entire party and is based on the number of days you choose. You may request a tour of the Club's amenities before purchasing. The daily fee is paid in person at the Clubhouse desk.
