We had an amazing experience from start to finish! We booked a stay and then adjusted our timeframe AND unit to stay at. VH was more than accommodating! Their text line customer service is top notch! The condo was in a great quiet location. Can walk to Baytown. Love the golf carts to get around. The condo itself was very cozy. No complaints. Just have 1 complaint to the Sandestin resort itself. Nothing to do with the rental or property management. The resort decided to post a sign at the beach about “No personal beach chairs” in front of the rental chairs. That’s very unfair especially we are beach people and get to the beach early to get a spot up front to the waterfront. While sitting back behind the all the rental chairs, renters and owners were definitely complaining about what the resort did. This may deter us from visiting Sandestin in the future unless the resort removes this stupid sign/rule.

Rental was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and great location. Having 2 golf carts is great. It would be safer if both had headlights. Management company was readily available and provided solid information even gave tips on things to do.
