Welcome to your peaceful Long Island retreat, where rustic charm, open space, and lake-life adventure come together to create the kind of getaway everyone remembers long after the bags are unpacked.
Tucked on a quiet stretch just five minutes from the beach, this spacious, dog-friendly home invites you to slow down, breathe deep, and settle into vacation mode the moment you arrive.
The one-level layout makes everything easy, whether you’re traveling with kids, grandparents, pups, or a full crew of friends ready for lake days and late-night laughs. There’s even plenty of room for your boat trailer, so bringing your own boat is simple—just launch down the road at Harilla’s Landing and you’re out on Lake Winnipesaukee in no time.

Inside, the home blends warm rustic style with comfortable gathering spaces designed for connection. Sunlight filters through the windows as morning coffee turns into plans for the day ahead. The indoor game room quickly becomes the heart of the house, where friendly competition unfolds over pool and shuffleboard, and rainy afternoons transform into memory-making tournaments filled with cheers and playful rivalry.

Step outside and the backyard opens into your own private playground. Practice your short game on the putting green, challenge the group to bocce or horseshoes, or simply stretch out on the lawn while the kids and dogs run freely. As evening settles in, the fire pit begins to glow—perfect for toasted marshmallows, quiet conversations, and stories shared under a sky full of stars. It’s the kind of setting where time softens and everyone lingers a little longer.

Your included beach pass makes spontaneous lake trips effortless. Spend sun-filled days swimming, floating, or building sandcastles before heading home to grill dinner, play another round of games, or unwind in the calm rhythm of Long Island living. Every detail of this home is designed to balance activity with relaxation, giving each guest space to do exactly what vacation should allow—reconnect, recharge, and simply enjoy being together.

Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a friends’ lake weekend, or a laid-back escape with your four-legged companion, this rustic Long Island retreat offers comfort, fun, and the simple magic of the Lakes Region all in one welcoming place.
