This full-floor flat is located on the top floor of a 2 unit classic Edwardian building. Completely renovated, but retaining old-world charm, it features hardwood floors, cove ceilings, fireplace, breakfast nook, washer and dryer, high-end appliances, on-site parking, and more! Walking distance to Ocean Beach, Golden Gate Park, Sutro House, Lands End, and the Balboa corridor of restaurants and shops. Also nearby: Land s End, Fort Miley, Cliff House, and the Zoo.
Indoor, on-site parking is available for a small fee. There is also a yard.
High speed broadband makes this a great remote work site.

A great location within walking distance to Golden Gate Park and the beach.

I hosted my parents for a 2 month stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed.
Loved the location, just minutes from major bus routes and the Golden Gate Park.
Les was helpful and communicative throughout the process and I hope to book this apartment for long term stays in the future!

Nice kitchen, comfortably furnished home. Quiet neighborhood with fun restaurants nearby, close to Ocean, parks and bus to downtown.

This was our second stay at this lovely, newly renovated apartment. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here. Especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and convenient location. Hope to return soon.
