Nice clean little house. Deep garage able to fit a 21 foot bass boat with no problems. Everything was exactly as expected. Only issue was the grill is very is programmable and I don't know if I just couldn't figure the dang thing out or if it was out of propane. Nice stay, it fit our needs perfectly.

This home was just what we were looking for. It was close to the Lake and also near our friend's home during our visit for the Desert Storm events in Havasu. You could pay more for a place with a pool and or hot tub, but otherwise the home had everything you need. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking for a boat or RV if needed. We had one glitch with the Wifi and Lee responded quickly to help.
