Enjoy a relaxing retreat at Seascape Cottage in Kitty Hawk! This spacious, immaculately maintained 3bed/2bath home is situated on the 14th green at Seascape Golf Course. This home offers cozy interiors, a sunny open-concept living area, and coastal decor throughout. Unwind on the balcony, watch your favorite shows on the smart TV, or cook a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. For outdoor fun, grill on the patio or explore nearby attractions like the beach, Jockey’s Ridge State Park, and Sea Scape Golf Links.
Centrally located and close to all!
* Avoid traffic! This beach house is located just a few minutes away from the Wright memorial bridge.
* 1mi to multiple local restaurants
* Harris Teeter (Groceries) & Walmart less than 3min away
* Sea Scape Golf Links
* Walmart and
* 16min walk (.7miles) / 2min drive to beach access
* Golf cart friendly neighborhood!
***The cleaning fee includes ALL of your bed linens, bath towels, blankets, cleaning supplies & enough paper products to start***

- Queen Bedroom w/ TV and Ensuite full bathroom w/ shower/tub combo
- Queen Bedroom w/ TV, Desk for remote work & Ensuite full bathroom

- Open floor plan Kitchen with breakfast bar
- Livingroom with Sleeper Sofa, large smart TV & Deck access
- Washer & Dryer
- Deck facing the golf course, buffered by trees :)
Guest access:
- Driveway parking available for up to 2 to 3 cars.
Linens and Towels:
- Per advertised guest: 1 bath towel, hand towel, face towel, and makeup towel.
- All Beds will be made prior to arrival.
- We provide starter paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent & coffee
No smoking or pets allowed.
Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Guests are required to sign our Renter Agreement in addition to any platform agreement.
Per platform policies, Good Day Getaways is authorized to hold a security deposit due to our API integration with their platform. Guests are required to provide this deposit at least 2 days before the start of their stay. The deposit will be held securely and released within 7 days after the stay, in accordance with platform policy, provided there are no issues.

Overall everything was great. We did find a dead cockroach in one of the game boxes. Never saw any others just wanted to mention in case treatment is needed. I would dedinatley stay at this property again!

I had a great stay! Scott was very communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything with plenty to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and comfortable. It was in a quiet neighborhood which was in a good location, close to many activities, restaurants etc. Scott was quick to respond to all questions and requests. I highly recommend this rental.

Overall my family enjoyed our stay. The house was clean for the most part and our host was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location for your stay if the price is right.
