The 53 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a holiday apartment building (residence) built in 1997 and thus offers barrier-free access so that this offer can also be used by holidaymakers with walking difficulties.

In the apartment you will find a quiet bedroom and a kitchen with fitted kitchen and dining area.
