Bring your ski-boat, or jet skis (public boat launch nearby), or enjoy using the 3 one-person kayaks included with rental. Sleeps six (6): The master bedroom/loft includes a full-size/queen-size bed, there are 2 twin beds in the main-floor bedroom, and there's a 2-person/double bed/hide-a-bed in the living room. Build a cozy fire in the vintage Imperial Carousel fireplace, make dinner, and enjoy the gorgeous view. The house has 1.5 bathrooms, a shower, a small-but-fully-outfitted kitchen, and a gas grill for barbecuing. Access to the three kayaks and other lake toys is included in the rental price. If you forgot something or want to venture off the property, there is a convenient local store only minutes away. The town of Newport is only a 12-mile drive, and in addition to grocery stores and restaurants, it features antique stores, an ice cream shop and deli, and an engaging local history museum, or you could easily make the 30-minute drive to Sandpoint, ID, for a bigger selection of restaurants and nightlife. There are hiking trails nearby, or perhaps you would rather visit Silverwood Theme Park which is only a 45-minute drive into Idaho.
